Merit Management Group interview questions

It was informative and challenging. The interviewer was appreciative about the traits of the candidate. They look for confidence, communication and ambitious quality. And was willing to provide me with a visa sponsorship to fly overseas and attend the job.

They explained the career path they have outlined for new hires and what they expect from the new hire in order to stay on the path. It was very casual and they seemed to focus more on personality than they did on experience.
