Contacted by HR in January for a position in the Actuarial Development program, went to Bridgewater, NJ for an on-site interview two weeks later. Was contacted by the program director a couple days after the on-site interview, and started the internship in early June.

If I gave you a "super" basket of lots of different good qualities, which 3 qualities would you take from the basket that you don't already have now?
2 30 minute interviews with the VP and another manager. Went straight to final interview. After the interview i didn’t get a response until I reached out to them a while later. The interview process went really well and the interviewers were nice.

Interview
there are three rounds of interviews. Each one takes around half an hour. The first round is behavior questions that decided if you can move to the next step. The final two rounds are interviewing with two managers
Very good and very fast response time, I got my result in about a day. It was a smooth process overall and I was completely satisfied with the interviewing process in general.
