Interview
Interview started with the simple aptitude test with basic mathematics questions. Then HR round with basic questions like why you want to switch etc, another round was technical and managerial round including all the technical and project related questions. then they explain the work what i will do if i will get hired. One thing that i noticed is , HR wants a unskilled employee who can stay in this company for longer, not the employee who can be skilled and stay for 1-2- year. I don't understand, what is the purpose hiring unskilled employee for longer. In my case, HR concerns was more know how long i can stay here.

Chat with recruiter and then 1 interview. Intense enough, not the most easy going interview. But normal enough questions. Asked about tools previously used and then the details of examples around the tools used.

Face to face after phone interview. Was interviewed onsite by 4 people and then they wanted 2 more people to interview me which happened on the phone. I thought interviews went well except overall behavior of one interviewer made me think I would not get the job
