It was good. There were 2 rounds in total. One with the offshore team and other with onsite team (the stakeholders). Interview complexity was a lil above average. I was interviewed for Python and Splunk position. Overall I would rate the entire interview process as 3.5/5.

The interview was simple. Just a single technical round which checked your basic knowledge on the concepts regarding insurance and actuarial. This was followed by an HR round. All people were sweet and kind. They were very straightforward

Smooth interview process and excellent HR team. First round was confirming about our skillset and willingness to learn and second round was with onsite partner who has been in system from long time.
