Metaswitch Graduate Trainee interview questions

I failed at the first hurdle, I filled out a quick form about myself however I don't think I met the criteria reuired. Received an email the next day to say I had not made the cut. The quick response was greatly appreciated. No questions on the application, just required a CV and cover letter. Also had to state preferences eg business area and location.
