First, you find the building with no signs of any company (you may be contacted under different names). Then you are given some blanks to fill in, with pretty intimate questions about family or previous salaries etc.
Then I made some basic English test. Nobody is there to talk to but a secretary.
A crazy thing happened to me: I filled in the 'Recommendations' blank, but chose not to hand it to a secretary feeling suspicious about the company. She told me the blank itself (an empty sheet of paper) was a property of a company and I will not be allowed to take it out of the premises.
Office is in pretty neglected state, btw. Then somebody starts paying attention to your existence, different people walk in in turns (some barefoot), ask similar questions about your experience etc. They will not answer your questions about the company, because they are in "stealth" mode. You would be expected to sign the contract knowing next to nothing about the job.
Eventually you are given a test assignment to do in xCode, nothing special.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you implement malloc / delete without passing size to delete?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mfortis (Tel Aviv) in Jan 2017
Interview
First, before any human contact was made, I was asked to do an online test (via Codility), which I declined.
After some negotiation I was invited to an on-site interview. When I arrived I was greeted by the secretary, which was strict and to the point.
I was given a "business English" test, which ironically had grammar mistakes, and a pretty technical form to fill (personal details, work history, etc.).
Later, the team leader arrived and gave me a programming test. I tried talking with him a bit, to understand what's the process, or what the company does. He was very evasive and brief, and refused to talk since "I will know further along the process" and said we'll talk in the end of the test.
The test was very easy - render a contacts JSON in a table, and add basic editing abilities (filter, sort, add, remove).
When I was done, the team leader performed a code-review, and I prompted him for answers. He was irritated by my inquiry, and said that we're done for today, and we'll continue this talk in the next steps.
Afterwards, another man (I don't know what his position was) entered the room and made a code-review.

Question 1
Render a contacts JSON in a table, and add basic editing abilities (filter, sort, add, remove), using any front-end framework you like (Angular.js preferred).
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mfortis (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Dec 2016
Interview
I came to their office, had to fill several forms, do an online (codity) test which was quite fair, and then an interview with two of the recruiters.
My overall feeling from that day was bad. They did not elaborate much about the company product (which can be understood for a stealth mode SU), but they also pretty refused to say their role (team-leader? sys-architect?) as if it was a secret, but despite that they ask the candidates a few intrusive questions such as your age, how many children you have, what was your salary in former companies you worked for etc. I think some of the questions there are illegal by the Israeli law.
