The interview process was friendly, professional and informative. The firm's culture came across brilliantly and secured my interest in working for the firm. They offer the ability to work in 3 locations.
It was a video interview with 5 or 6 pre-recorded questions. Strange questions in the sense I was expecting the classic “why X firm?”, “why law?”, but the questions were more targeted to describing strengths and weaknesses e.g. describe a team you worked well in a team. Only one attempt per question but 3 mins prep time for 1-2 min response.
