Casual meeting discussing the company, followed by conversations about expectations and goals. Lab tour. Some straightforward questions. Lots of opportunities to all questions also. Fairly long wait to hear back in the positive.

Interview
Interview was a laid back but throughly interview, A tour of the lab followed by meeting most of the staff was placenta and welcoming. Questions weren't difficult and felt genuine.
