Interview
I was called by the interviewer and she jumped right in. She asked me to talk about myself. I gave her the elevator speech. The rest were behavior based, with the exception of "Why Microsoft?" I was asked at the end of the interview was to teach her how to swing a gold club over the phone. I think that I did well because she giggled a couple of times. I found out 3 hours later that I was invited to Microsoft for a final interview. That will be in 2 weeks. I will update at that time.
Initial manager interview followed by competency and role play. Job spec changed throughout the process with no consistency in what I has been told previously. Interns managing the day, which was disorganised
Interview process was intense but extremely enjoyable. The Microsoft recruitment team were very friendly and made the process smooth which allowed all candidates to perform at their highest potential. Well done Microsoft.

Question 1
Scenario based questions - You get a case study and you need to answer how you would navigate challenges within that case study.
Took about 1 month, 2 rounds of interviews. First a phone screening, followed by final rounds with 3-4 interviewers. Interview was mostly behavioral and job fit questions. Using STAR method really helpful
