The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft
Interview
First I had to upload my Resumee, then I had to do an Online Businesd Scenario Test (very easy, I don't think that anyone fails here, it just shows your motivation) and then I was invited to do a Prerecorded Vodeo Interview. The site that hosted the Interview was terrible, although all my settings of microphone, camera and wifi were right, the site wasn't loading. I had to call the site support and then after hours it worked.
The questions were all right;
Introduce yourself.
What excites you about Microsoft?
What does it need to succed in the position you applied for?
How would you explain cloud computing to a 6 year old?
If you would need to work in a new team, how would you make sure that the work is a success?
How do you see the Microsoft business opportinitier is the future of digitalization?
Tell about an achoevement you are proud of.
