      Anonymous employee
      Bucharest, Bucuresti
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Microsoft (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Jul 2018

      Interview

On time, professional, straight to the point. Several people connected in the first round, all of them technical. Relevant questions in regards to connectivity protocols and devices. It's an added bonus if you know / have worked with Azure devices. After passing the tech interview there is a management interview where they assess mainly your soft skills , collaborations skills, mindset etc

Absolutely no response to Emails or phone calls from the recruiter who was in charge of releasing the offer. No update about what stage the process is at.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2020

      Interview

There was a two step interview process. One technical and the other managerial. Both heavily focused on interpersonal skills and cultural fit. And the technical interview added a focus on troubleshooting methodology.
