Very brief chat about role, basically checking you can speak English, that you are not completely incapable of communicating appropriately. Making sure you're willing to do shift work- evenings, and weekends and possibly nights. Took about 5 minutes and was offered the role. Nothing technical, just do you speak English semi-competently? and are you willing to work a lot of unsociable hours for not much money?
