MidGard Self Storage interview questions

I had an over-the-phone interview with the district manager, and they offered positions on the spot. He was very nice and made it clear that help would always be offered when unsure of what to do. They offered me a chance when I had little experience as a manager. Also, the woman who trained me is still my go-to person.
