Midsummer (United Kingdom) interview questions

Phone call interview where I was asked a set of questions. The email that I had passed the initial screening of my cv and cover letter was done quite some time after I had applied.

The interview was conducted by three interviewers. They asked relatively standard questions concerning motivation to do the job, aspects of background demonstrating relevant skills and understanding of the demands of the job. The interview was fairly informal and the interviewers friendly and understanding.
