I applied through LINKKEDIN and they called me for an interview after linkedin application. THe interview was not tough but instead it was v much targetted towards reporting side of performance marketing.

They were looking for some who's proficient in the reporting side of performance marketing and most of the questions were related to reporting
Smooth but lengthy interview process. 1 HR Interview, 3 Gorilla Glass tests (Quantitative, personality, technical) , 1 technical interview and 1 interview with the BOD. The whole process takes almost 1.5 months to complete.
