Millenium Management interview questions

Little to no communication during the process. 3 30 minute interviews at stage 1. HR had sent the hiring manager the wrong link which meant she joined 15 minutes late out of a 30 minute interview - did not extend this as "she was running late for another meeting". The last interviewer who was in the states called me from a cubicle! Says everything you need to know about the firm really.

Highly technical interview - lots of problem solving questions. Beyond that followed a standard interview process, personality, motivation, fit questions, etc. Interviewer was personable and we engaged in small talk for several minutes before and after formal interview process
