I interviewed at Millets in 2017 - the manager at the time was very professional and friendly. I was invited in for a talk face to face where we discussed my previous retail experience and what was expected of the role.

introductions - very laid back and relaxed, not stressful, the interviewer was store manager. went through my cv, and asked questions about it. asked questions about what I knew about the store.

Handed in CV in-person, invited in for an interview, and was asked to start that day. Mainly just read my CV, Not sure this was a usual occurrence though, or just lucky timing as someone had recently left.
