2-3 after applying online received a call for a brief phone screen which the recruiter fumbled the times. One week later an email for another phone interview, which also was fumbled several times by a second recruiter. Weeks later a phone interview with HR which was pleasant and professional inquiring about experience and education. HR wanted to set up an additional phone interview before a site interview which took place within 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, the company paid all expenses for a site interview for 1/2 day. Was told a deciouwould be made in 2 weeks. Weeks went by with absolutely no communication. I reached out for an update, was told internal issues going on and fisnishing up local interviews they would keep me posted. That was 5 months ago. Never received a 'no thank you letter' or any further communication at all. Sadly, as a candidate I kept with the process through all the scheduling fumbles on Millipore's part only to be left hanging. Although the group I interviewed with was professional and pleasant the candidate experience was a poor one.
