I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Milt's BBQ (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Not much of an interview, they were desperate for help at the time I applied and a friend put in a good word for me when he was working there. I had a 10 minute phone conversation with the chef about what he was looking for. I came into the restaurant the next day to meet face to face for 20 minutes and was working the next day.
