Only had a screening interview with a recruiter. The recruiter didn't tell me who the client was I would be working with which felt strange.
Also, did not get back to me until after a week I emailed them, and they sent me a template "we decided to go with someone else" email. Felt unprofessional.

Question 1
what is your background, general information questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Mindera (Pune) in May 2019
Interview
Applied on Linked in, got call from HR on day one.
The Interview was scheduled late after following up with the HR for Weeks.
First round was Skpye with onsite counterpart - Basic discussion and introduction
Second round was Technical and logical reasoning.
The Third round with the higher management was ~1 hours of Skype interview in which questions were majorly related to case studies and writing scenarios.
Was not able to write the number of scenario as expected by panel.
The downside is the Panel does not respond positively. They way the panel responded as "you are not able to write these much scenarios"
The words that stuck to my ears even after hours of interview were "Even a small kid could have written more scenarios than you".
This is not the way to conduct an interview, even if the candidate is not able to answer the questions.
Courtesy should be maintained. You have no right to insult any candidate even if you are the CEO of the company.
