My interview process was less than an hour and wasn't difficult. You'd have to pass a test before having an initial interview. They would then ask general questions, like what animal best represents you? Nothing too deep. They would also ask your expectations about the work and if you know the company. It's a really easy interview and I think anyone could pass it. Just be confident with yourself and your answers, but always be prepared for any type of questions.
