I was contacted by a recruiter.
3 Interviews in total:
1. on site with 4 management members
2. Codility Test
3. on site with 4 team members.
The on site interview were very similar. The only difference is a whiteboard fizz buzz coding question (on the second on site). Questions were classic: CV review, why do you apply for the position, why do you leave, do you know agile, opinion about code review unit test code quality. What are the weakness...
If you prepare well it will not be difficult. All interviewers are very friendly. However 4 people on the same time is a bit "overkill"
The codility test is not difficult to clear. I m not sure if they selected the exercises. One was about debugging array index issue in a function. The second is to get the number of nodes in a linked list (trivial). The third one is a bout partial sum minimum in an array. You can solve it, but you have to know the trick to get a linear algorithm.
I cleared all the levels but didn't get an offer, although it was a good experience.
