Miri Growth interview questions

The interviewers were so friendly and they were pretty happy with my portfolio. I had two interviews and a task. The task was a complete mess. Although the role was an animator role, I had to come up with a new game concept based on a reference they provided, and make a 15 seconds promo of it just in 5 hours! The assets they provided for the game were out of harmony and not matching, so you end up not using them. At the end, they responded to me after I asked for a hiring decision that the design of the environment wasn't good enough, although the role is for an animator! And for a task of just 5 hours!

Went smoothly, interviewer was nice and honest about the work place. Showed some artwork that the job would require to be done. Explained about the environment, work hours and turnaround times.
