Got contacted by the internal recruiter - sent over a CV and had a phone interview, was fairly standard tech stack questions and why are you looking to leave etc.
Had a technical test which was basically fixing some bugs with a react project live on screen in front of two senior developers, was surprisingly straight forward. Then had to answer some tech questions, again nothing to hard mainly 'Speed vs Quality' type stuff.
Got an offer not long after - I would say make sure you ask what the salary bands are in the initial phone conversation, I was coming from a company with fairly low pay so I asked for quite the salary bump only to find out when I started it was below their bands and they never said anything and I basically ended up the lowest paid member of my team. Make sure you get at least a range out of them because if you don't they will give you a lower salary and you wont know straight away.
