Lengthy process from application, with no feedback. Initial 30 min interview with little flexibility on time/date. Sat across the desk from HR, and current employee in a very formal setting and was asked to talk about myself and my experiences. Was told a second interview would be the same but with MD of business Little feedback on introduction of experience and skills and no well structured role relevant questions were asked
