Mitsui Bussan Commodities interview questions

I was given a behavourial interview by a recruiting officer and the lead of the tech team with whom I would be working, and then a second interview with every member of the team. Both times I was talking about my motivation for the role, the company and the industry, and it ended up being a fun conversation with them answering a lot of my questions.

Straightforward interview process, no out of the ordinary questions. First contacted by HR, short introductory call with the recruiter, followed up by email for a first interview via zoom with 2 traders from the desk… followed up with a final in person interview.
