The phone interview was pleasant. The first call was a basic introduction to my background and the position. They were flexible with my schedule which was really lovely. I had applied online and they reached out within 48 hours to schedule a phone interview first with the recruiting manager and then with the hiring manager.

Beware and protect your time. They have a sketchy interview process where they request you do a "homework" assignment of putting together a 30-60-90 day plan.
You might think it's reasonable because you're having a meeting with upper management and not someone mid-level - until you realize they're poaching ideas AKA getting free work out of you.

I sent in my application and I knew that I was a more junior level than they wanted but I had projects. However, the interviewer saw my resume and saw that and still kept asking about stuff I did not know.
