Applied for High Tech Acquisition AE role. Heard back within 2 days of applying. Had interview with Recruiter, followed by interview with Hiring Manager. Following that, I took an incredibly thorough, hour-long exam which included basic algebra and arithmetic. I was told I'd hear back within a week. We're going on a month with no response.
Overall, insanely disrespectful from Mongo given the time commitment they ask from candidates (for those unaware, the entire process is 6 total interviews + assessment)

Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
