I applied via indeed and then a couple of days later I received an email from a senior member of staff who was overseeing the initial stages of the recruitment process. In addition to receiveing an email I also received a call regarding this inital call. I sent over my avaiiability as requested. On the day off the call the person interviewing me kept saying "this only going to be a quick call" I couldnt understand why they felt the need to reiterate that again after stressing it in the email ahead of the call. The call was quick and it felt like I was holding the person up when it was time to ask questions towards the end of the call. After the call eneded I got the distinctive feeling that I was going to be ghosted and I WAS! This is the second time I have had a screening call with this company for a job only to be ghosted straight away and to add insult to injury the job was reposted with a slightly lower salary than advertised. Thank you for wasting my time....again
