I applied online. I interviewed at Monzo Bank (London, England) in Aug 2017
Interview
Phone interview where interviewer asked about projects on CV. He then asked some technical questions based off of what was written on my CV. Phone call lasted about 45 mins.
Monzo lay out their hiring process clearly in their comms with applicants and back it up with some great blog posts that genuinely do set you up to succeed. The process is friendly, flexible and grounded in real-world challenges, so there was no need to cram binary-tree backflips just to pass interviews for a role that didn't need them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Monzo Bank (London, England) in Feb 2024
