Moore & Associates interview questions

I applied for the position online. I was contacted by HR to do a phone interview and the date and time was confirmed. I never received a call. I waited that night and never heard anything, no call no email follow-up. Three days later I receive an email that says, I never connected, are you available for a phone interview today or tomorrow? No apology for no calling three days prior. Totally unprofessional and I wouldn't work for this type of company. HR is my background and I have done a ton of recruiting and would never do this to a candidate.

I applied off a posting on a job site. I was emailed by HR later the same day and asked to fill out an application. I submitted the application that afternoon. I got another email the next day asking me to come in for an interview. The interview lasted a couple hours and I was offered the job on the spot.
