Incredible program whose culture is unmatched. Amazing place to cut your teeth, learn about wealth management, and interact with individuals from various backgrounds. Cannot recommend this enough as it is truly a launchpad into becoming a financial advisor.

Interview
Phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a several-hour-long HireVue assessment with both written and video-response questions. Finally, there were two back-to-back 30-minute remote interviews: one with a leader in the VEA program and the other with a younger team member currently in a VEA role. The entire process took a couple of weeks.

1 quick screening call with HR rep. Then two 30-minute interviews over zoom with two separate employees. It was a straightforward and welcoming interview process. No technical questions, mostly behavioral.

Very Slow response, ghosted me until a month after my second round interview. Even though I followed up multiple times with different recruiters. Employees said they would stay in touch but never accept my requests. Overall, really bad process. Would not do it, waste of time
