It was a very structured interview. Asked lot of basics about Fixed Income space. Other current affair finance info was also checked. Overall a great discussion and a good interview experience.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
