Investment banking interviews are intense, multi-round processes assessing technical skills, market knowledge, and cultural fit. Expect technical questions on valuation, accounting, and market trends, alongside behavioral inquiries about teamwork and resilience. Panel interviews, case studies, and stress-testing are common. Preparation, composure, and strong communication are key to success.
