For obtaining a spring week, there is a phone interview it is mostly comprised of walking them through your cv, your motivations for joining equity research, and any economic news you might be following (they might want you to mention any economically significant developments you have seen in an industry/ any stocks you might be following etc)

auto hirevue interview: includes two retries per question, three total questions with three minutes to respond & ~1 minute to prepare. Typical ordinary hirevue questions with 48 hours to submit
The interview process was fairly straightforward for the first-round which was conducted on Hirevue. It was a total of two questions, and you are provided with 2 attempts per question.
resume and Cover letter submission, games, phone interview, then final interview with 5 standardized questions. did not get asked why ms? just time management and what i hope to gain
