MorningStar Senior Living interview questions

They really want to just be sure you are qualified, can handle your load and your personality meshes well with the team it seems. On 2/3 interviews thus far and so far so good :)

HR acts helpful but ghosts you after your interview even when you try to ask for a status of your application. Interview was easy but they pay low and don't have money in their budget to pay good unlike other companies. They also do not contact you if you did not get the job, you find out when they delete the job listing.
