Interview
This company is not serious about hiring and the HR is either inefficient or not doing his job. Whole process took almost 3 months.
Applied and got a HR call in 1-2 weeks time, where he asked basic questions about my resume, applied role, and informed me about the interview process. Was told there will be 2 more rounds, first is a whiteboarding round and the next is a "Puzzle Solving" round that does not involve code.
They didn't get back to me until 1.5 whole months after, and I had to email them to enquire about my application and ask about the next steps. HR takes like 1 week to reply, but I eventually scheduled the whiteboarding round. It went decent, but then I had no follow-up for the next 2 weeks, upon which I emailed the HR again. Got a reply 1 week later that they have decided to proceed with another candidate.
Quite a pity as it seems to be a good company, but HR is sabotaging the process. This is despite him being quite friendly and me clicking well in the first HR call.

Interview
Right after HR call, they were to schedule an interview within a week after sending my availability. However, they only contacted me again after a month, again, asking for availability to schedule it within a week. Did not happen. After 2 or 3 weeks contacted me for availability again and finally proceeded with the next interview. However, got ghosted again right after. Never heard from them again. Not even a rejection mail or continuation. Don't even know if I failed or am I getting ghosted for another month again.
