Online submission consisting of Covering letter and CV to a central recruitment office.Interview in local office by Office Manager & Senior PM. With 2 other members of the Project Team by phone in a third office.

Standard format of career history, relevant experience, specialist knowledge & reasons for applying etc.
The interview process was very hard. Started off with multiple stages of interviews including the interviews. THere were maths questions and literature questiosn and it was all very confusing. I worked very hard but it clearly did no go well at all. they kicked me out and never ever let me back in ever again. now im walking home and im very sad about it but i will pull myself up by y bootstraps and move onf
Very easy to arrange first interview with AI assistant - initial chat about role and my experience - not with HR but with a team member - next steps to arrange a 1 hour meeting with hiring manager

Met with the hiring manager and the VP. Conversational more than technical with a focus on past experiences. Interested in application of background in hypothetical scenarios to benefit the company.
