Phone ( preliminary ) someone callled me from HR about a position I had applied to online. She asked me basic questions about my interest int the position and my past experience

Question 1
The woman from the HR dept asked me to discuss my past clinical experience, what was your favorite clinical. Why? describe past experience in ICU setting and why I liked ICU. Said she would forward my resume but never heard back
It took 6 weeks from interview to getting job. I think they don’t have a lot of HR people. Overall, it was an okay experience and people were nice. They answered all my questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY) in Sept 2025

Applied online, reached out by recruiter, screening interview with recruiter, interview with nurse manager a few days later - maybe a 20 minute interview? Received the offer from the recruiter within 3 days.

The interview process was easy over zoom . I had two interviews with the nurse manger then hiring manger . Questions were easy and also they were very professional . The questions were about patients and time management .
