It was a short interview with both managers, (assistant manager and store manager). Very casual, lots of questions about my interests in outdoors activities and also about my knowledge about outdoor products. The assistant manager read some generic interview questions from a list but it almost seemed like she didn't even care about my answers, she just wanted to have something to say.
