It was a positive, caring, transparent, authentic and inclusive experience. Consistently clear communication of expectations and structure and candid, timely feedback throughout every interview phase which included initial phone screening, 1:1 with hiring manager, meet and greet sessions with four key team members, and a 45-min case study/ portfolio presentation.
