Interview
The interview process was long, but they were transparent from the start! They had a very helpful slide deck that laid out the entire process from start to finish, so there were no surprises. Also, the process didn't feel like it was long for no reason - rather very intentional. It's clear they truly care about finding the right fit and want to make sure they are thorough. The recruiter for Muck Rack has been one of, if not THE best I've ever worked with. She was so nice, responsive and encouraging.
The interview process was very thorough. I had the opportunity to meet with various members within the department and the team. The process included a take home assessment and also meeting with members of the upper management team.
