Q: What's the biggest challenge you have with work?
My interview was several rounds, and it was a fairly lengthy interview process (1.5 months). I met with 5+ employees in person, plus two phone interviews. The feedback loop was fairly slow but this was also a few years ago so things could've improved since.

Majority of the questions were situation based and how you'd respond in certain scenarios, what your working style is, how you'd problem solve, etc. Be prepared to share how your experiences can directly correlate to specifics of the role.
They were very thorough and made sure to be available to answer any questions. They were also prompt in getting back to me and prepared me well for the next steps.
