Interview
Initial online (video) interview consisted of three questions including personal overview, reasons why you wanted to work for the company and an example of a scenario whereby you were proud of something you had achieved.
Assessment centre followed approx two weeks later. Consisted of initial introductions, a group exercise/ presentation, a formal interview, an individual problem solving exercise and a visual/spacial intelligence test

Online questions, then interview at the office. Character test, then 15min to prepare 10min to present on on an issue/construction solution. Then you do a group presentation and you have 20minute to prepare/create a model town
