Extremely long waiting time. No reply from follow up emails. The whole process took about a month, including 1st & 2nd interview. The interviewer mentioned to have the decision within a week but actually 2+ weeks when I sent the last follow up email. Two round of interviews are similar, one with recuiter and another one with department manager and senior staff. Some questions are repeated.
