Mustard Systems interview questions

The interview process was meant to be a call with the engineering lead, a take-home assignment and another technical/culture round with the team. A day before my first interview, the format was changed to a live coding session with the whole team. Before being invited for the first round, the recruiter asked me questions on queues vs streams, concurrency etc. "to make sure the conversation is worth it". Throughout the process, there was a general vibe of "prove you deserve to be here" rather than "let's work together", which put me off a bit.
