My Gym Japan interview questions

Notified of interview. Went to the interview 15 minutes early, was asked to come back in about 10 minutes as they were a little busy. Once I came back a manager took me to a more private area and we had a conversation. Normal questions throughout, was asked to perform a nursery song and a song (heads, shoulders, knees, and toes) the manager played along as a student and helped me out when I forgot some of the words. Overall nice people, nice place.

It depends on the position you are applying for. For player it seems more relaxed and natural but if you are interviewing for the bilingual receptionist position the interviewer is quite intimidating.
