The process went well overall, I went through 3 rounds of interviews with 3 separate individuals. I was told that I would hear back within the next week about setting up another interview and then did not hear back for 3 weeks until I reached out and was told they went with another candidate. That happens sometimes in business, things get busy and then you forget to circle back. Understandable but still did not exemplify an abundance of professionalism.

It was very good opportunity to understand better what the interview means and the expectations of the job. They asked questions that were concerning the position and what the job duties are.
Had a great call with the recruiter, a very laid back call with the HRBP who was a little too comfortable for the early in the process. I was told i would be hearing next steps early the next week. I let a full week go by and sent follow up to the recruiter, was informed decision makers were on PTO and they appreciate my patience. I fully can understand and appreciate if I didn’t make the cut for a position Im interested in, at this legal or any That generic thanks but no thanks email goes a long way. Ghosting says so much about a company
