Really friendly and easy, the interviewer was lovely and the questions they ask are already given to you in the interview confirmation email which makes it a little less daunting.

CV and cover letter screen and they require high grades (A or above) and then an interview in the office with a manager. Fairly straightforward process, if you get the interview, make sure you nail the practise lesson.

They meet you outside of their office and interview in their office. They see how you teach students by you demonstrating. The interview takes just one day and the result comes early.
