Straight forward, ask a few questions more of a conversation than structured interview. 1 to 1 interview and lasts around 15 minutes. Asked to prepare a question and teach it to demonstrate your skills

what is your skills that you can use to apply in teaching?
Very simple interview process. 15 minute interview in the online learning space that you’ll use for lessons if hired. You’ll get asked to talk through an example question you’d use in a lesson, and other than that is a very casual quick chat with a friendly staff member
